A new customer came to our shop from Boduppal which is somewhat far i.e, 10Km from Ghatkesar, with his Maruthi 800 four-wheeler vehicle with a problem called vehicle is not starting by self-switch. I checked the condition of the battery as well as the alternator and self-motor. The alternator and self-motor are good in condition but the battery was not good in condition. So I suggested have to replace with a new battery, explained about different batteries we have like Amaron, Exide, etc. later he opted for Exide Gold 32R battery so, I replaced above mentioned Exide battery which is suitable to it. Later also checked the Headlight and Horn as a regular checkup, Headlight is good but in Horn, a pin was not working properly so it was replaced. He felt happy with our service and speedy service.
